• Two speed motor with 2.5 KW max. Speeds 30-60 RPM
• 0.75 KW / 1400 RPM hydraulic pump.
• Pot is 304 stainless steel and frames 304 sheet metal covered.
• Heat source in standard machine is LPG or Natural Gas, but, can also be made for water steam upon request.
