The Agriprof Sesame Hull Peeling Machine is an essential component of the wet sesame peeling line used in sesame processing plants. It is designed to efficiently separate sesame hulls from up to 1 ton of sesame seeds per hour, making it an ideal solution for high-volume production. Each cycle takes approximately 10–15 minutes, with a recommended load of 150 kg per batch.
The entire outer body and all food-contact surfaces are made from 304 2B-grade stainless steel, ensuring both hygiene and long service life. Powered by an 11 kW motor (optional 15 kW for higher capacity), this machine automates a process that was traditionally manual, increasing productivity while maintaining consistent peeling quality.
