Ingredients:
1 cup sesame seeds
¼ cup olive oil
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Remove the hulls from the sesame seeds.
Roast the sesame seeds in a preheated oven at 150–200°C for about 6 minutes.
Stir, return to the oven, and roast for another 6–8 minutes.
Let the roasted seeds cool in another container.
Blend the seeds in a food processor.
Add olive oil and mix until it reaches a paste-like consistency.
If needed, add a bit more olive oil.
Finally, add salt and store the mixture in a glass jar.
